We are a small, senior, fully remote team working on the most interesting problem in search right now: how brands become the answer that AI gives.
How we work
We are fully remote across the UK, Portugal, Belgium, the Philippines and the USA. We keep the team small on purpose, which means fewer clients, more ownership and no layers between you and the work. We hire people who can think, write and ship, not people who fill a seat in a process.
What we look for
- Clear writers. Almost everything we do starts as writing.
- People who are curious about how AI search actually works, not just what it is called this month.
- A bias for testing rather than opinions.
- Comfort with ambiguity, because the rules of this discipline are being written right now.
