Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences, and they let site owners understand how the site is being used. Similar technologies such as local storage and pixels work in comparable ways, and where we refer to cookies we mean all of them.
2. How we ask for your choice
When you first visit bevisibleagency.com a banner asks which categories of cookies you accept. Nothing outside the strictly necessary category is set until you make that choice. You can change your choice at any time by reopening the banner from the cookie settings link.
3. The categories we use
Strictly necessary
These are required for the website to function and for us to record your cookie choice. They cannot be switched off. This includes the consent cookie set by our consent management provider, CookieYes, which stores which categories you accepted and typically lasts one year.
Analytics
These help us understand which pages are visited, how people arrive and where they leave. We use Google Analytics 4 for this. Its cookies are typically named _ga and _ga_ followed by a stream identifier, and they usually last up to two years. The data is aggregated and we use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally.
We also use Microsoft Clarity for heatmaps and session replay, so we can see how pages are actually used. Its main cookies are _clck, which typically lasts one year and recognises a returning visitor, and _clsk, which typically lasts one day and groups one visit into a single recording. Clarity may also set Microsoft identifiers including CLID, MUID, ANONCHK, MR and SM. Clarity records interactions such as mouse movement, clicks and scrolling. Anything typed into input fields and dropdowns is always masked and never visible to us. It only loads after analytics cookies are accepted.
We also use Rybbit, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. That is why it is not listed as a cookie here.
Functional
These enable features provided by third parties that make the site more useful:
- Clutch, which displays our verified client reviews
If you decline this category, those features will not load. You can still contact us by email at rick@bevisibleagency.com.
We do not use advertising or targeting cookies on this website.
4. Managing cookies in your browser
Beyond our banner, every major browser lets you view, block and delete cookies in its settings. Blocking all cookies may stop parts of this and other websites from working properly.
5. Changes
If we add or remove a cookie we will update this page. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
6. Contact
